Terms and Conditions of Sale

All goods remain the property of Egon Dublinfield Jewellers until paid for in full. Ownership of goods will not pass to the customer until full payment has been received. Any cancellation must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Layaways

Layaways are accepted for your and our mutual convenience. In such cases, payments must be regular (at least monthly) and the balance paid in full within six months of the original purchase date. All layaway goods not collected within the agreed time may be subject to sale. My knowledge tag and reserved sticker will then be removed.

Diamond Source Certification

All diamonds supplied have written guarantees provided by the suppliers of Egon Dublinfield Jewellers. Egon Dublinfield Jewellers are not responsible for any breach of these guarantees. Egon Dublinfield Jewellers have not knowingly purchased diamonds involved in funding conflict and underground with rebel forces.

Gemstone Enhancements

Because of the nature of many gemstones, please note that many gemstones have undergone some form of enhancement to improve colour and/or stability. Such enhancements may include heat or impregnation.

Service and Cleaning

Egon Dublinfield Jewellers offer free cleaning and inspection of jewellery purchased for life. However, for your peace of mind, we recommend our professional inspection at least once each year.
