Custom Orders & Repairs

  • Custom pieces and repairs are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If an issue arises due to our error or inability to fulfill, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before significant work begins may be eligible for a refund, minus any costs already incurred.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We provide lifetime cleanings and inspections for your jewelry.

  • If you’re unsatisfied, please reach out so we can resolve the issue promptly.
